If I buy the 2 night package, I can check in on a Thursday night, and checkout on Saturday is this correct? What if it's a rainy weekend as we like to hike, can we change our reservations to another date?

Yes, you can check in on a Thursday and then check out would be by 11:00 am on Saturday. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy so if you need to reschedule please do so by 6pm the day before arrival. Please keep in mind that you must stay with us by 10/31/12.

Even though the hotel/restaurant is in a dry county, is it possible to bring a bottle of our own wine in and have it with dinner? Also, how far is the wine tasting event from the hotel?

Alchol is not allowing in any public areas so unfortunately you can not bring wine to dinner. The winery is about 20 minutes from the hotel.

Do you have specific rooms set aside for pets ? I am allergic and would not want to be assigned a room that a pet had just been in. Thank you.

Yes, we have rooms that are designated as "pet rooms." We also have an extensive cleaning program we use after a pet has stayed with us.

Is the food credit $25 per day? Would the balance roll over to the next day if you don't use up the $25 on one meal?

The credit is for $25.00 total. If the entire amount is not used on one meal we would be happy to roll the balance to another meal.
