Are you infant or pet friendly?

Courtney W. asked 4 months, 8 days, 9 hours, and 20 minutes ago - 1 answer

Joseph G.

Pets are not allowed on the property; infants would be okay.

Joseph G. answered 4 months, 8 days, 1 hour, and 25 minutes ago

HI, I was wondering if you still have availability in either the Sheffield or the Williamsburg room for the weekend of 2/22 - 2/24? If so.. how can I make the reservation after buying the groupon. Thank you

Gina C. asked 4 months, 10 days, 8 hours, and 14 minutes ago - 1 answer

Susan H.

At this time, the Sheffield is the only room available for the weekend of 2/22-2/24. Once you buy the Groupon you can either call me at the inn directly and make a reservation or you can also book online by going to our website at www.innbythebandstand.com. When filling out the information on the online form, be sure to enter your Groupon REDEMPTION CODE (it is an eight-letter code) in the box that says "special requests". The online cost will reflect our standard rates. I will adjust the rate once the redemption code is verified. Thanks!

is the windsor suite avail 2/1 and 2/2?

carol n. asked 4 months, 11 days, 3 hours, and 45 minutes ago - 1 answer

Susan H.

The Groupon promotion has been very much in demand...which is a good thing. That being said, at this point the Windsor suite is only available for April. It is booked all through January, Feburary and March.

Is there any way of paying extra and being able to include a third person?

gail s. asked 4 months, 14 days, 22 hours, and 54 minutes ago - 1 answer

Brette V.

Yes, some of their rooms can accommodate additional guests. Their maximum occupancy is 2-5 people, depending on the room. There is an additional $30 per night if you'll have more than 2 people in a room.

Brette V. answered 4 months, 14 days, 13 hours, and 21 minutes ago

I bought this as a gift for my mom and then noticed you need the credit card when checking in. Will it be a problem?

Sonja S. asked 4 months, 15 days, 23 hours, and 14 minutes ago - 1 answer

Susan H.

I will need a credit card upon arrival, but it doesn't necessarily have to the the same card the purchased the Groupon. When you paid Groupon, it did not include the specific New Hampshire room and meals tax, which must be collected at arrival.

Are there any downhill skiing options nearby. If so, which mountains and how far from your inn?

AUDRA N. asked 4 months, 15 days, 10 hours, and 38 minutes ago - 1 answer

Susan H.

We are in the seacoast region of New Hampshire so there is no downhill skiing in our area. You would need to travel to the White mountain region for the closest skiing, which is about a 90 minute drive.

Susan H. answered 4 months, 15 days, 9 hours, and 18 minutes ago

If we booked the Sheffield Suite or Williamsburg Suite, can we add a 3rd and/or 4th person? How much extra would it be for each? Thanks.

Shenna S. asked 4 months, 16 days, 7 hours, and 26 minutes ago - 1 answer

Susan H.

Hi Shenna. You may certainly add a 3rd or 4th person in the Sheffield suite. The rate would be $30 per person per night.

Susan H. answered 4 months, 16 days, 6 hours, and 57 minutes ago

Hello, I see it says a 2 night stay for two people...I am traveling alone...can I still use this and is there a price difference? Thank you in advance.

Kevin D. asked 4 months, 17 days, 3 hours, and 39 minutes ago - 1 answer

Susan H.

The rate is such a discounted rate that it would apply whether there are one or two people staying.

Susan H. answered 4 months, 16 days, 22 hours, and 5 minutes ago

If I want to use this for th, fr & sat nights, which rate would I pay for the extra night, weekday or weekend?

helen w. asked 4 months, 17 days, 4 hours, and 16 minutes ago - 1 answer

Susan H.

I would do 35% off the regular rate for a third night. That third night would have to be booked directly through the inn and not Groupon.
