Has anyone else been having problems trying to buy this Groupon? I've been trying to order it for the past 4 hours and keep getting an error message when I try to pay for it that says I need to use a different card. Then when I use different cards I get the same message.(there is plenty of money in the bank) AND now its sold out. I am very disappointed!!!!

Hello, my best friend purchased a groupon for two and was hoping to book may 7th, but due to unavailability was able to book for May 4th. Hi, We (me and my husband) don't have problem sharing the ride from San Jose to Costa rica and Back. However, how hard is it find some one else. If not, is there any other cheaper transportation available that you are aware of. Also, May I know about the cancellation or rescheduling policy once we make reservation for specific dates.

Dear Shravya, Usually it is really hard to find someone that will share a ride with from San Jose since you will probably not arrive in the same flight as these person and we really recommend our customers to fly into the Liberia international airport i would tell you that 99% of our customer fly directly to Liberia! If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival theirs is no cancelation penalty but you will not receive a refund you will receive a credit note to use the voucher in the future! If you cancel 15 days prior to arrival you would have a 50% penalty over the voucher and 7 days before arrival you loss the total value of the voucher! Sorry, me again! The dates you gave me for June are both on Saturdays, when flights are the most expensive. Do you have any tours in June that start on Tuesdays that would be open for 2 people?
