You may arrive to the resort on the day of arrival at 1pm to pre-register and gain access into the Lost Paradise waterpark. Our waterpark has changing facilities available and lockers may be purchased for a nominal charge to store personal belongings.

You may arrive no earlier than 1pm on the date of arrival to start using the waterpark. We also offer all of our guests the opportunity to purchase our early check-in feature which provides families access to the waterpark upon its opening on the date of arrival and features an expedited noon check-in for your room. This option can be added on for $59.95 upon reserving your room with one of our reservationists.

Yes. Check out is 11:00am however you can use the waterpark until closing on Saturday if you check in on Friday
