I mm trying to check in for January 15, 16 and 17. The system does not seem to allow that but the calendar shows those dates as open. Help.

There are rooms available for check in 1/15 and check out 1/18. I was able to go on and get availability. The system seems to be a little slow so be patient with selections of room types and dates. I am not sure what type of device you are using, I found it quite difficult to select items on my phone. Otherwise give groups a call directly. Thank you

We don't provide a shuttle however there are plenty of shuttles and taxis outside the airport and a one-way trip is about $25

The offer includes the room and all the standard amenities of the hotel: continental breakfast, wifi, and evening wine and cheese reception.

Can 3 adult sisters stay in a room? Are there any rooms available that have 2 double beds?

We do have rooms with 2 double beds that can accomodate 3 adults with 2 adults sharing a bed. There is an extra $25 per night fee for the 3rd person. Please check the calendar for the 2 double beds availbility.

I would love to buy this getaway for my parents for a Christmas present. However, I'm not sure what dates they would be able to travel. Is there a way to purchase three nights and let them schedule their dates of travel after try receive the gift?

Are pets allowed - a dog for instance ? Also if you stay 2 nights for the deal is the $12 parking cost applied for 2 nights or 3 days - not sure how this rate is computed (every 24 hrs) ? Thanks !

Pets are not allowed with this offer. Parking fee is on a per night basis, so a 2 night stay fee would be $24

When it say check in not available does that mean no rooms are available? What is the weather like in Feb or more like the end of March

That is correct, check-in not available means there are no available rooms. This offer is only available through 2/27/13 and there are some sold out dates. Weather in February can vary anywhere from highs in the 50's-70's.
