The room description on the Groupon site is a bit different from the Koloa landing website. Is it a two bedroom, three bath with a pull out queen size couch - this is the description on the Koloa website.

We do have a couple of different room types (different two bedroom floor plans) this deal is for a two bedroom partial ocean view villa. The villa is one king, one queen, and a sofa sleeper with two full bathrooms.

I see from trip advisor reviews that your hotel is still under construction. Are these rooms you have for groupon coupons for rooms near the construction zone(s)? I would love to stay at your resort, however, am very leary about the construction noise as we are light sleepers. Also, is your pool open and what will the resort fee get us? Do you provide parking and if so, how much extra? Thanks.

During the hours of 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, you may experience intermittent noise relating to the future development of the resort. However, after November 1st, this noise will be significantly reduced, as interior work on the future building will be taking place.
