We do not have pool tables or a game room. We do have an indoor heated pool and an outside heated jacuzzi at the outdoor pool area.

I would like to know if you must book all your days in one visit or can they be divided into more than one visit. Say I have 5 days from Groupon can I use two days on a visit and three on another visit?

Our boat rentals start at $40 per hour and up. We have Cordelia's Restaurant on property which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are 8-9 miles out of town from other local restaurants.

IS golf played in late February? What is the cost/usual temperature? Is breakfast included or is it available in the restaurant?

We do have guests and members that play golf in February. It is very hard to predict our February temps each year. They usually range from low 60's up to mid 70's for the highs. Breakfast is not included, but we do serve a full breakfast in Cordelia's restaurant each morning. Weekday golf specials are available which runs around $30 for 18 holes and includes the cart fee. Weekend play is around $45 and also includes the cart fee.

We are traveling with a toddler and my mother. Can you have three adults and one child in a room? Two rooms doesn't work for us. Thanks!

We are located within Georgia Veterans State Park and fishing is allowed with a fishing license which can be obtained online. We do have boat rentals available at our Marina also.

I only have one period time that this will work for me? What if the hotel is fully booked for this time period? Can I get a refund from Groupon?
