Questions and Answers

How do you get to the hotel if you are flying? What is the nearest airport and what kind of transportation would you need from the airport to the hotel?

christine h. asked 7 months, 2 days, 23 hours, and 15 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cameron L.

I you fly into the Colorado Springs airport, we can pick you up for free! If you fly into Denver, we'd recommend you rent a car.

I would be interested in purchasing the 3 night Falcon's Nest Suite for 2 adults and four children age 14, 12, 10, 8. The dates we are interested in are either October 28, 29, 30. Are these dates available and what would be the additional cost above the $275 three night base rate for the additional guests?

Alecia H. asked 7 months, 4 days, 1 hour, and 7 minutes ago - 1 answer

John E.

Adding occupants above their standard of 4 is $15 per night for each additional guest. Be sure to contact the Lennox House Bed and Breakfast directly for specific availability inquiries. If you are unable to reserve the dates you need, you'll be covered by the Groupon Booking Guarantee.

About 2 miles! If you go South down Nevada to Pikes Peak Ave, and then head East for 4 or 5 blocks, the School for the Blind is right there.

Hi! Is there a deal for three nights in the Autumn Retreat room? We will be in Denver Jan 25-28, so we wouldn't need two full groupons - but more than what is offered. Thanks! :)

Hailey J. asked 7 months, 7 days, 15 hours, and 35 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cameron L.

If you buy the $149 Groupon, you can purchase an extra night direct from us for under $100! That's more than a 33% discount (because you have to call to hear the rate!) for a single extra night!

Cameron L. answered 7 months, 7 days, 12 hours, and 45 minutes ago

Are children allowed in the Falcon's Nest Suite. We are looking to have 3 adults and 5 kids.

Audette M. asked 7 months, 9 days, 13 hours, and 7 minutes ago - 1 answer

Well behaved, supervised children are allowed in the Falcons Nest. Each occupant over 4 in the Falcons Nest, however, is subject to a $15 extra person charge.

We are looking for a place that a total of 6 adults and 4 children can stay as a family get together in the spring. If we rented the whole house for a 3-4 day event. Is that possible using this Groupon?

Valerie G. asked 7 months, 10 days, 18 hours, and 12 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cameron L.

In order to properly manage our cash flow, we limit you to the use of two vouchers in any given visit, whether that means combining vouchers for a longer stay or using two for two separate rooms in a single visit. However, if you bought a Groupon for the Falcon's Nest Suite (sleeps 8, 2 Queen's, 1 pull out sofa Queen, two Twins) and one for the Summer Room (sleeps 4, 1 King, 1 trundle bed) you could easily sleep two parents in each of the queen beds and one child in each of the twin beds in the Falcon's Nest, and one set of parents in the King bed and two kids on the trundle bed in the Summer room. Please note that we require children under the age of 10 to stay in the Falcon's Nest, but in all cases children must be well-behaved. We do have a collection of antiques in the home and we have had issues in the past with damage caused by unsupervised, ill-disciplined children. If you want more rooms due to privacy, please contact my innkeepers James and Julia. Depending on the dates you're looking at, we can make you a great deal that allows you to use your Groupons and get an additional room or two, or additional nights, at prices below $100/night! 1-800-471-9282

If my stay extends into a workday, how early do you offer to serve breakfast?

Valerie M. asked 7 months, 10 days, 20 hours, and 33 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cameron L.

We typically serve breakfast between 8:00 and 10:00AM, but we can make accomodations for your plans, so long as it's not prior to serving you at 7AM. We look forward to having you!
