Is the servic echarge and tax based on the Groupon price, or the original price? It adds almost $350 to the price if it is based on the full vaule. Do yoiu have availabilty 9/21-23 or 9/28-30. Thank you.

If we are two couples looking for two separate rooms, would we be able to make a reservation for the same lodge? Also, if we are only taking two of the rooms, are the other bedrooms in that same lodge rented out to other couples/guests that are not in our party? Thanks.

The Michael Cottage has two bedrooms and two baths. It would be perfect for two couples traveling together. If you were to take two rooms in one of our four-bedroom cottages, we'd sell the two empty rooms to someone else.

Those dates have become fully-booked. Please give us a call for the most up-to-date availability. Our guests don't go to the mainland during thier stay. If you'd like to spend time in the area, I suggest doing so before or after your stay on Little St. Simons Island.
