The directions say I have to buy the Groupon first and then call the hotel for reservations. What if they're booked for the only dates I'm available to go....do I get a Groupon refund if they can't accomodate me?

how do you get them to answer the phone. I bought a groupon and for two days I either get put on hold and they don't come back or they just don't answer the phone. I'm getting just a little bit annoyed!
