Questions and Answers

PARTY OF 4 INCLUDING 2 KIDS 8 & 6 YRS OLD, + MY MOM, DAD, SISTER AND MY BROTHER (ALL ADULTS). HOW MANY GRUPONS DO I NEED TO BUY.??

PAULA G. asked 3 months, 21 days, 16 hours, and 58 minutes ago - 1 answer

Hi Paula. If the couples would all like their own room, I would suggest buying 3. If they would not mind sharing rooms then 2 would work just fine. Thanks!

If we were doing a girls getaway for 3 adults what would extra cost be each night for third person in room?

cathy c. asked 3 months, 22 days, 12 hours, and 18 minutes ago - 1 answer

Hi Cathy. The cost for the 3rd adult in the same room would be $20 each night. Thank you!

My husband and I would love to come for our anniversary and spend a couple of nights... but our special day is in the middle of the week this year. While I see that the 2-night stay is only on weekends, and the deal is limited to 1 per person, if we each purchased a night's stay separately could we each book the same room for one night (consecutively) and avoid checking out in between?

Sara M. asked 3 months, 22 days, 16 hours, and 10 minutes ago - 1 answer

Hi Sara. Thank you for your question. Give us a call at 866-245-6494 & we will try to accommodate you as best as we can as we love to celebrate and be part of special occasions. Ask for Andrew. Thanks!

I was wondering if the meals served are generally healthy? (i.e. good sources protien, high quality grains, fresh fruits and vegetables, minimally processed, etc). A sample menu would be wonderful if possible. Thank you so much!

Nichole A. asked 3 months, 22 days, 19 hours, and 22 minutes ago - 1 answer

Most every food item here at Mountain Quest is made from scratch with whole ingredients. Our chef is willing to cater to dietary needs as needed and can craft anything you would like. Please let us know your needs upon making your reservation so we can be prepared for you. We DO always have healthy options here. Thank you Nichole.

Do you have any rooms that could accommodate 2 adults and four young children (ages 8, 8, 5 & 4)? We are used to sharing beds, but unsure of the guests-per-room options. Thanks!

Lauren H. asked 3 months, 22 days, 19 hours, and 58 minutes ago - 1 answer

It would be a tight fit but I do Believe either the Rustic room (bunk bed & queen bed) or the Innovation room (2 full beds & full futon) could accommodate your needs. Thanks for the question.

Andrew D. answered 3 months, 22 days, 19 hours, and 21 minutes ago

Two questions: 1> Is this groupon for all rooms or just certain ones? 2> In the Rustic Roost is there any wall, partial or full separating the bunk beds from the adult bed? Thanks

Michelle D. asked 3 months, 23 days, 6 hours, and 57 minutes ago - 1 answer

Hi Michelle. This Groupon is for any room at Mountain Quest. There is no wall separating the beds but they are facing opposite directions. Thank you for the question.

If we check in on Friday night after traveling from work, how late do you allow check ins? Thanks!

Kristen M. asked 3 months, 23 days, 8 hours, and 13 minutes ago - 1 answer

We have a liberal check-in, check-out policy here at Mountain Quest. Just let us know around when you will be arriving and we will be sure to give you your room number, the key waiting in the room, and your light on to greet you! Thanks Kristen.
