Becky, we have 2 upgrades available, one is $15.00 per night for a river room the other $20.00 per night for a King river condo. We have an upper and lower condo. They both have a built in fireplace ( we only burn Dura or Eco friendly logs) the lower units have a kitchennette. They both have a deck or balcony, riverside and are a larger room. (pull out sofa sleepers) Daily continental breakfast included with ALL rooms and indoor heated pool & hot tub.

Hi, I am a college student looking to come to CO with a friend as our final trip before graduation. However our Spring Break is March 9-17, 2013.
