What if you buy the Groupon and then the resort does not have availability on your desired travel dates? Should you try to reserve the room/dates first before purchasing the Groupon? Your terms of use state: "Cancellations to Getaways Bookings may only be made through Groupon through the deadline specified in the Fine Print and Details of the Getaways Booking. Cancellations to any Getaways Booking after the cancellation deadline and modifications to the traveler’s name are at the discretion of the merchant." Does this mean within the 72-hour cancellation time, you will be fully refunded through Groupon? And after that, it is the resort policy that dictates cancellation terms?

When it says combine up to 12 nights. Combine what? How much then would it be for 12 nights? Would we still get unlimited food and drink?

You can purchase multiple Groupons for a longer stay. The costs varies depending on when you're planning to go. The price would be 3x the four night Groupon you're looking at. It is still all inclusive if you stack multiple Groupons.
