Who will act as the travel agent/liason for us once the trip is purchased? Will we deal directly with Odyssey to make specific travel arrangements or someone with Groupon? Also, there are a lot of requirements for travel in this region, ie. immunizations, meds, documentation, will all this be provided to us? How can we find add-on options at the end of the 9 day purchased trip if we would like to extend the trip? Thanks!

My husband and our 2 friends are planning a trip to Africa. We have the ability to get there via air on our own and wonder if there is any option without air of if we must take the air?
