The Lanai Garden rooms sleep up to 4 guests. We charge an additional adult fee of $20 per adult over 2 adults in the room.

My son has a licensed service dog, you do not charge a fee for those types of animals, correct? We need ADA parking, do you still charge $32 for your ADA parking. Also, what does the $17 resort fee include?

Each room has a parking space right next to it. Parking is $32 per night. The $17 Resort fee is called "Passport to Paradise" It includes high speed wireless internet, unlimited use of our fitness center, all domestic phone calls and use of some of our guest recreation items like, tennis, basketball, bocce ball, horseshoes, croquet and ping pong. It is a mandatory fee that is charged daily.

We are not sure yet what dates we want to travel. If we purchase the weekend check in, but finally decide to travel with a weekday check in can we apply the difference towards something like a room upgrade or parking?

I have a question with Pet policy: dogs less than 15 lb. may be added for a $250 deposit with $100 refundable upon inspection. Does it mean I will be charge $150 per pet stay if there is no damage?

The 12.6% is a not included in the groupon packages. This charge will be billed to you at the time of check-out
