Hi, we would be traveling with our 1-year-old daughter. Do I have to book the two full beds room or can I go ahead and buy the groupon for the kingsized room? Is there a crib available?

Arja N. asked 5 months, 29 days, 4 hours, and 52 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cindy K.

Hi Arja, No, you don't have to book a room with two double beds...you can book whichever room type you prefer. Yes, we have cribs...please be sure to request one when you make your reservation.

Do you shuttle to the scotttrade center?

leslie g. asked 6 months, 2 hours, and 36 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cindy K.

Hi Leslie, Unfortunately no, we don't have a shuttle. You could take the Metrolink from the 6th & Convention Center station, which is approximately 3 blocks from the hotel, to the Scottrade station for about $2.50 per person.

Do you have availability on the 23rd of November? I need 2 rooms 1 King with a fold out couch, and one with 2 queens.

Judy A. asked 6 months, 2 days, 8 hours, and 8 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cindy K.

Hi Judy, I apologize for the my delay in responding. Yes, we have rooms available 11/23/12, however, our double rooms have 2 full-size beds not 2 queen beds.

Hi! We would be bringing our 4 children, ages 7, 5, 2 and 4 months. Would you be able to accommodate 6 people in the room? Would we have to buy breakfast for the 3 oldest kids?

Carrie A. asked 6 months, 1 day, 5 hours, and 3 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cindy K.

Hi Carrie, We have king rooms that have a sofa-sleeper that would comfortably accommodate your family. Yes, you can purchase additional breakfast buffets for your older children. The cost is $3.95 plus tax, and includes their beverage.

Cindy K. answered 6 months, 18 hours, and 19 minutes ago

Hi, I will be traveling with 5 people, is it possible to have 5 in one room? The hotel policies says "Adding occupants above standard: not allowed" but also that adding rollaways is $10/night. Thanks, Jen

Jennifer F. asked 6 months, 1 day, 15 hours, and 33 seconds ago - 1 answer

Cindy K.

Hi Jennifer, Our rooms with two double beds will not comfortably hold a rollaway, however, we have king rooms that have sofa-sleepers that will easily hold a rollaway and accommodate up to 5 people.

Cindy K. answered 6 months, 18 hours, and 23 minutes ago

i was going to buy a groupon to use this saturday for a king room however i will not be checking in until almost midnight, will that be a problem?

Lollie M. asked 6 months, 4 days, 3 hours, and 40 minutes ago - 1 answer

Cindy K.

Hi Lollie, No, that's no problem at all! Our Front Desk is staffed 24 hours a day.

I noticed in the fine print, it says a credit card is needed upon check-in. What if I only have a debit card, not a credit card? Could I use that or cash instead?

Amy F. asked 6 months, 4 days, 15 hours, and 19 seconds ago - 1 answer

Cindy K.

Hi Amy, Yes, you can use a debit card to hold the reservation and then pay cash upon arrival for the taxes, or just leave the taxes on your debit card.

Cindy K. answered 6 months, 4 days, 14 hours, and 33 minutes ago

The limitations in the fine print state "Not valid 12/26/12-12/31/12". Does that limitation include a multi-night stay beginning on the 31st? We were thinking starting Dec 31 and leaving either Jan 2nd or 3rd.

Erin M. asked 6 months, 4 days, 16 hours, and 13 minutes ago - 2 answers

Cindy K.

Hi Erin, Yes, the limitation includes 12/31/12 too. We are hosting an InterVarsity student group the week following Christmas, and are not honoring Groupons over those dates because we're almost sold-out.

Cindy K. answered 6 months, 4 days, 15 hours, and 55 minutes ago

Benjamin V.

You would not be able to use it towards a stay on 12/31. If you're interested in starting your stay then, contact them directly to see if you can book that night with them, and the rest through the deal.

Benjamin V. answered 6 months, 4 days, 15 hours, and 53 minutes ago

Do you have availability on Friday November 16th for a 2 queen room with a checkout on Saturday?

Cindy K.

Hi Ashley, We do have rooms available tomorrow, 11/16/12, however, we don't have any double queen rooms at this location...our double rooms consist of two full-size beds.
