Very sorry for the confusion. Maximum occupancy is determined according to state fire code, surpassing this maximum would be unsafe. I hope this clears things up, please let us know if you have any additional questions.

It say's credit card must be present. Is that for taxes etc....what if the groupon was purchased from grandparent for the kiddos for xmas?

A credit card will be required to reserve the room, and to cover the 14% tax that is not included in the Groupon price. you would be able to pay this tax on their behalf, though this would need to be arranged with the hotel directly.

Since check in is at 4 pm, can you go in to the water park before your check in time on the day you check in?

Check-in will be at 4pm and check-out will be at noon. Each day at the resort will include waterpark entry for guests. You can find their waterpark schedule Here. You'll be able to use the waterpark before check-in on Saturdays, and all guests can use their admissions all day on the day they check-out as long as their belongings are out of their rooms by noon.

I see it says valid only for a Friday night check-in. But the waterpark is open every day for the weeks of Christmas and New Year's. So is it also possible to check in on a weekday other than Friday of one of those 2 weeks?
