Some of our 1-bdrm suites offer a 'bubble tub' with jets on the bottom while others offer a soaking tub. However, our Studio units have showers only.

I see that there is a blackout date beginning on 12/21, is that blackout for travel that begins on 12/21 and later? I would like to use this for 12/20 & 12/21 checking out on 12/22. Is this possible?

In order to stay on 12/21 you would need to purchase the Fri-Sat package and redeem it for 12/20-12/22.

If your reservation is for a 1-bdrm: King size bed in bedroom and Queen size sofa sleeper in livingroom. If your reservation is for a Studio: Queen size bed and Queen size sofa sleeper both in the livingroom.

The offer is for four. If we were four adults and a two year old is there an additonal charge. Also, would the accomodation fit 5 adults and one child? If so, how much additional for a two day stay. Thanks

The maximun occupancy for the one bedroom unit is 4 adults. There is not an additional charge for children and we have pack-n-play cribs available. Additional nights range from $85 to $135 depending on unit size and day of the week.

Is there any sort of time share presentation involved in this offer? Will we be pressured by anyone trying to get us to attend a timeshare or any other similar type hassles?

No, The Sedona Summit is pet free, however there is a wonderful kennel nearby where you can take your pet for the day and return them when you're ready to return to the resort - The Bark & Purr phone: 928-282-4108. Thank you for considering the Sedona Summit as your vacation destination choice.
