No heat !!!!!! The heat didnt work . It was 10 degrees outside and maybe 20 in the room for 2 nights . I asked the front desk twice and they didn't offer to change the room or offer me any money back .

Terrible It was nothing I thought it would be. We had no clue we had to bring our own cook wear to prepare our food. The front desk gave us some items a day later. We didn’t have a tv remote and they had us use an app that didn’t work. We got a remote a day later.The water park had no working slides and other rides. The microwave didn’t work they eventually brought a counter one. The hot tub wasn’t working and the theater didn’t have WiFi to stream the movies. This was our first and last time coming here.

Split Rock Experience! Oh my gosh where do I even begin! The first day I came the tub had pure stains and clearly mold it was flies all in the windows it was rundown staff was horrible no towels and no air at all food was disgusting definitely not the best experience and for surely not enough good service and toilet barely worked when I test drove it DO NOT RECOMMEND! My kids got sick and was not breathing well until we left! Hair in my bed when I checked and stains in the bed looked like blood.
