Hi Brigitte. The Sterling Inn & Spa is located in Niagara Falls, Canada. If you are travelling inside of Canada you will not need a passport. If you are coming in from the US you will need a passport to cross the International border. The Seneca Niagara Casino is located in Niagara Falls, New York - so you will need a passport to visit them. Thanks for your question.

Hi Lisa. AG Inspired Cuisine will be closed December 24th and 25th but will reopen on December 26th. The Spa is closed on December 25th but will be open by appointment only on December 26th. Thanks for your questions.

Hi Sandy. When you call to make your reservation, simply ask to upgrade. The staff at the Sterling Inn & Spa will be able to handle everything for you.

Does the minimum age requirement to check-in at 21+ only apply to Americans or Canadians as well? I am Canadian and I know our check-in minimum age requirement differs.

Hello. The minimum check in age is 21 no matter what country you are from. However, only the person checking in has to be that age. Their guest can be younger.

You will make your reservation by phone. When you print your Groupon, it will have the redemption instructions on it.

I understand that it says travel must be complete by 12/27/12. If we check in on 12/27/12 and check out 12/29/12, would that be acceptable with the Groupon?
