Our small reservations staff had over 200 phone calls today with this type of question. It takes the entire staff more than a day to return all these calls, but we can respond to emails in a fraction of the time.

We have several condos that are either next to each other or on the same floor. During the spring time frame occupancy is low, thus it is pretty easy to make these accommodations. At the time of booking you should tell us what you need. Reserving early is better.

You will be able to request the unit you want. Under most circumstances you will get the unit you request. You will know at the time of reservation which unit will be yours.

We understand your hesitation. We do not play deceptive games. You are only charged 1 cleaning fee for your entire stay. If you combine 2 or more deals, then you will only pay for the cleaning once!

25% off rentals from Mountain View Sports (next to where you get your keys). Even their non-discounted prices are much lower than the resort prices. With the discount they are nearly 50% less than the resort.

Do I get to choose the condo (there are 5 listed) or is that automatically assigned when you purchase the groupon?

There are about 70 different condos. We reserve the right to place you in any of the same size units, but if possible we will assign you to the one you request. 99% of off season requests will be fulfilled. The March date will be filling in anything we can find.

Sorry. Most of the resort does not allow pets. Bears and moose are fine, but no dogs :-( Seems pretty strange to us also.
