It is certainly possible to do this. The easiest way would be to purchase a one night stay mid-week certificate and a 2-night stay, weekend certificate. This would take care of all three nights with only 2 coupons!

I see that 2/16 is a blackout date. Does this mean that I couldn't have a two nights stay beginning on the 15th?

That is correct. February 16, 2013 is a date that is unavailable with this promotion. You could, however, use one of the one-night stay offers for 2/15 and extend your reservation at our regular rates for the 2nd night.
