Hello again, thanks for the clarification[did not notice it on the details?] Anyway, still, how if we for example wanted to stay Jan 1-3[2 nights], how to know if there is even any availability then before purchasing Groupon? I have called the Hotel[3 times] and was advised that 'they' have no direct interface with Groupon...that you have to book with Groupon...but there seems no way to know availability before purchasing Groupon?

Hi - so I purchased option 3 yesterday & was given the website to book directly through the hotel, however the dates that I was looking at booking there are no rooms available. I tried 02/18-02/20, checking out on the 02/21. That wasn't available. So I tried several other options. They all came back with no rooms available. When I came back today to check, the website isn't coming up for me. I sent an email to Groupon yesterday and haven't heard back. Is this deal legit? Or did I just waste $399. I mean it's not really a deal if I can't book any rooms? Are you able to help me book a room? If not I would like a refund please.

After calling the hotel directly to confirm availability and reading through the offer with the reservation desk and her confirming that there shouldn't be any problems with my request for travel dates Dec 26 & 27 2012, I booked my groupon only to find out that once i tried to reserve the room that the Groupon is NOT IN EFFECT until Jan 1, 2013! I CAN NOT FIND THIS INFORMATION ANYWHERE IN THE FINE PRINT!!! How do I request a refund?
