Is the $25 resort charge per person per room per night? Or, is it $25 per room per night? Also, The Homestead usually charges a 20% service charge. I see no mention of this and want to see if that will be extra or is it included.

If I have to cancel, can I reschedule (depending on availability) without a fee? Can i only reschedule within the time period that the groupon is good for?

The cancellation fee would apply if you cancel within 7 days of arrival. If you cancel outside of that window, you can reschedule based on valid dates of the promotion. To get the full promotional value, you must stay before 12/23/2012.
