Maximum occupancy for the Groupon room is 4. Adding occupants above their standard is C$30 per night for each additional guest 19 and older; kids 18 or younger stay free.

Hi, For option two we can check in on a thurs but stay friday too right? Also is breakfast included? Finally what if we dont drink alcohol is there a way to opt out for that or a lower price? Thanks

Hi Shamirah, You can use the Groupon for the Thursday with no problems. Depending on which Friday you choose, we would consider the One night mid-week without the Ice room experience. You would have to contact the hotel directly but there would definately be some blackout dates that we could not put it through.

Hi Taylor, The One night option can only be used mid-week as there is a 2 night minimum on the Saturdays. With Monday being a holiday and since there is no blackout for this weekend, I would suggest that you could purchase the one night for this Sunday as an option.

Yes the groupon is able to be redeemed on thanksgiving weekend providing the hotel has availability at the time of booking.

Hi Jennifer, Although there are a couple blackout dates, it is available for Thanksgiving weekend. The Beafoot Bistro is closed on Monday October 8th so the Ice Room would not be available that day.

Hi Chelsea, This is the description that we have been given by the Bearfoot Bistro. Anyone can walk in and experience the ice room but with business levels, there could be waits. The restaurant also gives preference to people that are dining in the restaurant as there is a timing issue with the different courses and meals coming from the kitchen. With that said, the Bearfoot Bistro is a 5 star restaurant and is considered one of the best in Whistler and they will have a fall special that is $38 for a 3 course diner with wine pairing.
