Jungle Bungalows with Spectacular Volcano Views

Arenal Volcano stretches more than a mile into the sky, starting from a green, densely forested base and tapering to a rocky peak. The active volcano is set amid hundreds of acres of lush rainforest in northwestern Costa Rica. This tropical jungle extends to the doorstep of The Lost Iguana Resort & Spa, where flowering plants perfume the air, exotic birds flutter around, and a hodgepodge of distant, hidden wildlife whistles, screeches, and hoots.
