The $99.00 per night offer would not be for the Ocean Front Villas but our Residential or Non-Oceanfront Villas, These rooms are seconds from the beach and feature various bedding options ranging from combinations of kings, queens and twin beds. These large units can accommodate on average 6 to 8 people. The Two Bedroom Villas also feature two full baths, cable T.V., full kitchens including flat ware and silver ware, separate living rooms, coffee makers, individually controlled AC/Heat, daily maid service, and wireless internet access.

As for the cancellations, Groupon said that Cancellations to Getaways Bookings may only be made through Groupon through the deadline specified in the Fine Print and Details of the Getaways Booking. Cancellations to any Getaways Booking after the cancellation deadline and modifications to the traveler’s name are at the discretion of the merchant. When is the deadline of cancellation?

The only other thing that you will be asked to pay would be 12% taxes and fees due at checkin. The actual dollar amount would depend on your dates of stay at The Oceanfront Litchfield Inn.

Our villas can usually accommodate 6-8 people depending on the bedding in each room. When you call us to make the reservation just let us know how you would like to have the request for your reservation(s). We also have rooms that could be near each other for the dates you have requested.

Does the Litchfield have an indoor pool or a hot tub? Also, on a $49 per day deal, after taxes and fees, what would be the total price? One more question....can two couples share an Ocean Front Tower room or is that basically good for one couple? And one more....would it b e better to call the Inn first to find out if my dates are available before I buy the Groupon? Thank you so much!

Hello Maureen. Unfortunately, we do not have an indoor pool or a hot tub on property. If you purchased a voucher for the $49/night stay the Inn charges an additional $12.49/night for taxes and fees. A room with 2 beds in our Oceanfront tower will sleep 4 people. And yes, it would be much better to call us at the Inn directly for questions regarding availability. Thanks. (answered by Wayne)

There are four of us (adults) planning to be in your area March 18-21; do you have available rooms for us? One room with two queen beds would be okay. If I'm reading the ad correctly, the villas aren't available then, only tower rooms. I think we would like a 2-night reservation.
