Hi Holly, the room will accommodate a total of 4 people. 3 children are OK if there is 1 adult. If you have 5 total then we may have a larger room available at a small upgrade fee. The offer is for a room at the Pointe hotel with use of the Pointe hotel's - indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room and game room AND you also have access to the facilities at the Castle's Aveda Concept Spa. The Castle Spa offers an outdoor pool, hot tub and fitness equipment. The offer also includes $25.00 vouchers toward a 3 course gourmet dinner for 2 at the Castle and a $25.00 voucher toward a 50- minute massage at the Aveda Spa. I hope we see you soon. Best, Andy

Hi Susan, the outdoor pool and hot tub are heated and open all year. The walkways and pool deck are also heated. It's very nice experience on a cold snowy day. There is also an indoor pool and hot tub available. When you are on the Resort website click on the Aveda Concept Spa button, located under the large picture, and you'll be able to find all the information you're looking for.
