My friends and I are doing a "girls night out" overnight in downtown Chicago on 1/19/13. I see your hotel is available (we would want the King room with sleeper sofa). I want to be sure I understand the charges completely. When I click on the calendar - it shows a cost of $101 for that particular room. Does that include tax? Can I book 2 rooms? And if I read the details correctly - you will charge me $25 for the 3rd adult in the room? Can you confirm my understanding of the charges? Thanks!

I'm amazed @ some of these questions! We will be coming to visit Columbia College in the near future. How far are you from Columbia, and am I to understand that any of the rooms described are eligible for this Groupon price? We will have 2 adults and 2 kids, 17 and 13.

Columbia College is at 600 S. Michigan, so we are about 6 blocks away. Not far at all. You can choose any of the room types we have available.

In the fine print- what are the "incidental charges" for $50? Are these charges immediately placed on your account or only after you've left if there is anything to be charged with? I need to know if an additional $100 is going to show up on my credit card during my stay and if so how quickly am I refunded the money if there's no additional room charges?

Yes before I buy this I need to inquire about room type. It will be for my adult daughter and I and we will require 2 beds. All types are listed but it doesn't seem to give me an option to choose when purchasing. I do not want to purchase and then be told I only have a room with one bed. thanks.....
