After you purchase the Groupon you will receive a voucher with redemption instructions, which will include a toll free number to confirm with the hotel directly. If you find the dates are not available after purchasing the Groupon, you may submit a refund request directly to Groupon within 7 days of purchase.

Why is there not a Thursday check in option with the Cirque du soleil tickets?

The show is dark (does not perform) on Thursday and Friday evenings, and the show tickets must be used during the 2-night stay.

If you do not request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the Groupon voucher, then you may book your tentative 2-night package dates now, and change the dates up to 7 days prior to arrival as long as the new dates are within the valid travel dates through August 28, 2013 (based on availability at the time the change request is made).

Are the Cirque du Soleil tickets transferable to another person for the valid night?

The person (at least 21 or older) whose name is on the hotel reservation must be the same person that reserves the show tickets and picks them up at the box office. Of course, after obtaining the show tickets at the box office, that same person may transfer the tickets to others at that time.
