I have booked one of these trips and I am trying to get some answers but I'm not having a lot of luck getting anyone on the phone. The Groupon offer says "Alternative airport gateways available for an additional fee." I am trying to get information for flights from Portland, OR. Is than an option or not? Also, looking at information pertaining to Bolivia, I read that a $135 entry fee is required to enter the country. Will that apply to this trip? How long should I expect to wait for confirmation that the dates I requested have been booked?
