Peak season for turtles in Guanacaste is July through November (their nesting times). Guanacaste has a number of protected beaches just for turtle watching. The Bahia Beach Resort has a number of tour based activities, you can find more information Here.

Through the tour company we use they range from $80/person to $160/person depending. If you rent a car you can do many of the excursions at a cheaper rate.
