If we were to arrive before the check in time would we be able to park our car on the premises? Same with check out the next day, could we check out of our hotel at 11 am but still leave our car in the lot as we see some of the tourist attractions in the afternoon before leaving at say 4 or 5 pm?

You would not be able to use two credits on the same day. There is not an expiration date on the Outback and Dave and Busters vouchers, but they are only valid for the location there.
