Hi, what type of handguns do you use on the range? If we use our own gun, do we need to bring it to the 2-hour class without ammo?

Hello Laurie, We provide .38, 9mm and .380s for use at the range. If you would like to use your own gun at the range, your more than welcome too. You may bring it into the classroom unloaded, or not bring it to the classroom and simply bring it to the range if you would like.

I just purchased the Groupon for the Concealed Weapon class. When can I register for the class? I saw the schedule of the classes but could not click on the desired date for the class.

Hello, Does the $59 fee include the FL State Application Packet as well as assistance in filling it out during the course? Also, are Fingerprinting, Photo, and Notary Services included in this fee or are they available on-site for an additional charge? Or would this have to be completed outside the course? Thank you!

Hey Christian. The course is a state prerequisite for a Florida Concealed Weapons Permit, and upon completion the NRA-certified instructors will hand out a certificate and go over the process of applying for the permit upon course completion. Any additional services would need to be purchased outside of this Groupon deal.

Christian, We do include the application packet and fingerprint cards and go over the process for applying for the permit. We direct you with where to go for fingerprinting and photos, but they are not done on site.
