It is an awesome deal! I love the Galaxy. Their skirt steak and sweet potato fries are great, and they have that delicious Texas Gold iced tea that’s naturally decaffeinated and sweet. Mmm!

Galaxy in the Triangle is really great — we do brunch there all the time. Smaller portions, but really rich, quality food. I get the kid’s french toast & skillet potatoes almost every time and I can never finish it. I can’t wait to use this Groupon.

Okay, this may be a dumb question, but it says one coupon per table or order – if I meet my friends and we all pay separately can we still sit at the same table?
At Galaxy, you order and pay before you get to choose a table, so I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t matter. I’m sure a Groupon rep will answer this right after I do, though!
This is my first “groupon” day so I have a couple of questions. This $15 is for 1 person to purchase a $30 meal? It looks to me like a meal would only be $15 or less anyway. This would not pay for more than 1 person?
Beverly~ Groupons work just like a gift certificate. When you buy it for $15 you get $30 to spend at the restaurant. This Groupon does not have cash back or credit so you do want to plan to spend it all in one visit so take a friend with you! Most restaurant Groupon offers are designed to feed to people! “One per person” refers to how many of this particular Groupon you can buy.

I do wish that this groupon was geared more towards singles ($5 for $10 worth). Enhancement idea for groupon – allow businesses to post different denominations and the customer chooses which to order.
Groupon has allowed me to try out businesses I wouldn’t have found on my own. Thank you for the wonderful job you’re doing!
I agree with Michelle, with more expensive places, the $30 Groupon is great.. but for this one, if you take a friend, you’re not really saving much in the end.
The Galaxy on Slaughter Lane at Brody is great. The seared tuna salad is fantastic. Fast service, fresh food, great flavors.

When I order at the counter can I order two or three meals for my friends sitting with me to use the $30 coupon?
For those not in the know, this is a great deal. The food at Galaxy is very good. Only thing “diner”-y about it are the booths. They served up one of the absolute best chicken sandwiches I’ve ever had when I was there last week.
I am tired of the 1 per table limits. I don’t like eating by myself. If I have a friend that wants to eat and use the same deal they have to sit at another table?? UGH.
Yes Joel. You can spend the $30 on multiple meals. The idea is to bring friends with you to introduce them to the restaurant.
The 1 per table limit doesn’t actually apply the way you might be used to. At Galaxy you pay at the counter then choose your table. The phrase is only used only to Encourage you and your friends to come in on multiple occasions. Hopefully the first time you two come in you’ll use your groupon. On your second visit you’ll use theirs. Theoretically the restaurant has to plan for everyone redeeming their groupons on the same day. That would mean all food is sold but zero dollars change hands. That would obviously cause problems.
This was an awesome deal and my wife and I ate dinner, had desert, and a cafe coffee. Our total overage was .37 cents YES that is right $.37 Total cost with Groupon $15.37! NICE!
Folks listen… 1 per table or person just means the Groupon! If you have enough money in your Groupon, say the $30, then use it on 2 or 3 people. it applies everywhere! Never had someone tell me that I could only order just for myself. Trust me if that was the case they would never get my hard earned CASH!
