Gallery of Cakes’ master of cakes, Yonnie, uses his experience as an ex-pizza chef and the owner and head instructor of Yonnie’s Cake Art School to craft delicious and creative baked treats. All treats are non-dairy and under the supervision of Kosher Miami, ranging from cupcakes and buttercream cakes to sheet cakes and fondant cakes for all occasions. As an outlet for his artistic spirit, Yonnie also specializes in custom cake decoration, yielding inspired cake designs such as cakes in the shape of the Torah, a sheriff’s hat, or a 3D rendition of a princess’ castle.
