Another question regarding the ticket redemption types of games that are excluded. Let's say I want to play those games - how do I go about paying for those?

Angela, You will be able to purchase a separate card that is loaded with individual credits. After your initial $2 activation fee, which comes with bonus credits, you can load your card with however many credits you see fit, with higher denominations awarding you more and more bonus credits to play with. The card hosts at the front counter should be able to help you make your decision. Have a great day!

It is completely aggravating that the terms clearly say that you cannot use more than one Groupon per visit and yet the answers to multiple questions by other people say that you can use multiple Groupons per visit. And if this is the case, Groupon should edit the terms to say that you can (in fact) use multiple Groupons per visit.

Joseph, We do apologize for the slightly confusing language. Ultimately the concept is to prevent anyone from redeeming multiple All Day Passes and saving the actual cards for later. It helps us keep track of our redemptions and additionally ensures that the venue is open for everyone to play in an orderly fashion. We will work with Groupon to clarify this language in the future. Ok just so I'm clear, any game where you win tickets (skeeball, bowling, etc) are not included in this offer then right. It looks like skew all was listed above I. Games that were included but you win tickets for skew all don't you???

Hello. I noticed that your promotion no longer includes play for prize/ticket games, Is there some sort of list that defines what we can and cannot play (i.e., which games are arcade and which are ticket-bearing)? I would be disappointed to show up with my Groupon only to find that we cannot play some of our favorite games.

Excellent question Alyssa! The Groupon would be valid for our driving \ racing games (i.e., Mario Kart, Hummer, Outrun 2, Dead Heat, Let's Go Island), our shooting games (i.e, Terminator, HOD, Dead Storm Pirates, Time Crisis), our fighting games (i.e., Pacman Battle Royale, Tekken, Super Street Fighter) not to mention our pinball games, super shot and dance type games. The redemption \ prize games that this would not work on include Big Bass Wheel, Space Balls, Treasure Quest, Let's Make a Deal, Price is Right to name a few. If there are specific games you'd like to know about that aren't mentioned above, please let us know which one(s) in particular and we can let you know if they would be included.

One additional bit of info...we have 3 games that issue game specific cards (3 Kingdoms, DJ Technika2 and Wangan Max XTune 3) which are not able to be used w/ the Groupon. Those games can only be used as Credit Only b/c they need to be able to swipe \ issue cards.

I see that this is not valid for the redemption/ticket-bearing games. Having never been there, I'm wondering if that excludes A LOT of games. I'm thinking about giving this to my 20-something year-old nephew and I want to make sure he can go and have a great time without feeling chinced by not being able to play more than have the games there.

At our Schaumburg location, the games are about 60% arcade and 40% redemption. But there are 100+ arcade games that the all day pass would be eligible to play so there would be plenty of options to choose from. Keep in mind that the redemption game category includes our crane games where you try to win a plush toy or similar prize out of the machine. The arcade games include our driving games, fighting games, sports games, dance and pinball units.

If its unlimited play. Why do you have to purchase one for each person? Can't I just use my daughters?

Shamira, While a card could be used by two people, our time play cards do have a 60 second delay between swipes. If you wanted to play games simultaneously with your daughter, you would need to purchase two.

Does it cost parents to enter with child (purchasing one $20 unlimited for child)? I heard that parents have to pay just to accompany child?? Please clarify this for me.

Mary, Parents do not need to pay to enter to accompany their child. You are more than welcome to supervise them, or stop off in the bar or restaurant for refreshments and something to eat! Thank you for asking us!
