Ganim’s

Backed by the culinary training of his brother Mohamad, Mike Ganim opened his eponymous Middle Eastern eatery in 1974. Today, Mike’s son Jesse mans the shop, where he now casts the same old world recipes in a slightly American light. Fragrant Middle Eastern spices continue to spike skewers of chicken and lamb kebabs, but now burgers, hot dogs and burritos also grace the menu. Customers can chow down on steak and chicken sandwiches, or enjoy single, double, and double-double burgers that deliver a fresh-grilled taste reminiscent of summer barbecues and triple-dog dares to kiss charcoal.
