This is good for any Gap location in the country (as well as Canada and Puerto Rico). It can be used at Gap kids and Baby Gap, but CANNOT be used at Gap affiliates such as Banana Republic or Old Navy.

Was not able to place order. Kept getting error messages about the quantity and then the city. Anyone experience this problem?
@Pat G – Yes, I was having the same errors too. Couldn’t login & kept getting sent to this “Oops!” page they have with a big list of cities. Already emailed in a help message.

I signed up for Groupon today and never got my confirmation email. However, I was able to enter my CC information in and it appeared to take my order. Still no confirmation that my order went through or anything from Groupon.
Did I get this or not?
I got a confirmation but no email to print the coupon. Not sure what to do now.
Well I tried again and this time I got this:

Can this be used for more than one item?
I bought. Entered my email address and pw. I see the preauth and the order number but I cant sign in using my email and pw. Only via FB and the groupon doesnt show under my stuff .

It will not allow me to purchase. When I click on BUY NOW it says error on page. I have tried from different computers. Help?
If I buy a this groupon and my husband buys this groupon on his account, can we use both groupons on one purchase? I don’t see anything in the fine print that would prevent me from doing so.

If there are technical issues, groupon usually extends the sale so everyone can buy.
what is going on I can’t get my gap coupon?
It is asking for a password with my cc. I’ve never had to do this before and thought I had one on file.
I opened a new change card last week & they gave me two 15% off coupons. Can I combine this deal with that? So if an item cost $100 with the coupon it cost $75 then less 15% for $63.75?

The Groupon folks are doing an amazing job! Kudos! The site issues are to be expected when there’s volume such as this…hope everyone enjoys their shopping trip to Gap!

I was told I would have my certificate by 3 pm, however it is now 3:56 and I am leaving for work now. I anticipated on going shopping for my niece’s birthday, well that blows that idea. I AM NOT HAPPY! I would not buy this again as it is not immediately available!
Erin – I’m not part of Groupon or Gap, but for this Groupon you are paying $25 for one $50 coupon that can be used at any Gap stores.
So…you can spend $50 on stuff and you only paid $25!!
Christina S – If you read the FAQs for all deals, it indicates that Groupons aren’t available until the day after purchase…
After unsuccessful attempts this morning to purchase a coupon, I was sent an email from Groupon that the Website was fixed and that I could order. When I went back in, I got the same error messages. What is going on?

Amanda, that’s normally true. However, if you go to the Fine Print for this deal and click on the hyperlink for View, the offer states it’s valid from Aug 19 to Nov 19. I’m sure they were expecting a huge response to this, but I think it was even more than they were prepared for.

I got this error message too – and noticed that the “1” was greyed out and I couldn’t enter it. I wonder if this deal has overloaded their system. Or if they’re “out” of groupons.
Groupon: Why, when I placed my order, did it say I would receive my coupon by August 19 at 3AM???? I placed my order on August 19 and10:15 PM! How is this possible? Where is my coupon?
I am not sure what all the complaining is about….. Groupon has always done right. They are pretty darn honest and fix problems very quickly. This is a gift people - so patience is a virtue — you will get your groupon… :)

This is my first time purchasing from Groupon and I’m having trouble printing the coupon. It shows on the screen without the coupon code or any instructions for the cashier and when I hit ‘print’ it prints out a blank piece of paper. Even if I could get it to print…I’m not sure Gap would accept this q….help!
I have my email but the link to my groupon page does not show my Gap groupon. Is it just not showing yet? Other questions – my sister bought one and gave it to me. Can I use the two together? Can the groupons be used with the upcoming 30% off give and get promo running this coming weekend? Last question – when will credits for referrals show in my account. I referred two people for the Gap deal and they both bought groupons.
