I just bought the deal, but it didn’t come up with a confirmation number. It just said that due to the high demand it might not be available till Saturday or Sunday. It’s not showing up in My Stuff as pending either. How do I get a real confirmation?

How do I know if the store I am going to is a Gap generation store? Does it says it on the sign? I am going to the one in Pembroke lakes, is that a Gap generation store?? I am sorry I just want to make sure before I buy it

NOTE that this groupon has a rather short redemption period (2 months), compared to other groupons. It expires on Nov 19th of this year.

Beware….Groupon is not disclosing that due to high demand you will not get your coupon until Sat or Sun which i find TOTALLY unacceptable. If they can’t manage the volume they should not partner with a high volume company like GAP. So, unless you don’t care about using your coupon until the weekend….proceed with caution.

Here’s some basic info about the deal today:

It expires November 19th.

It cannot be used online or at Old Navy, Banana Republic, or Gap outlet stores.

You can buy a maximum of 1 of these, even if you are buying a gift.

This cannot be combined with other offers, including the Friends & Family deals.

These are not transferrable, so the person whose name is on the Groupon must be the person who is using it.

If you’re experiencing some technical troubles with the site, I suggest reloading the page until it works for you.

If you continue to experience trouble and need to leave the site for a while, just check back before the end of the day and buy your Groupon then!

@Norma, @Ka – this is valid on all in-store items including sale/clearance items at GAP, GAPbody, GAPkids.

@Louise, @ESPY – this is valid at any U.S. or Canadian GAP store, including the aforementioned substores, but excludes online purchases, GAP outlets/factory stores and affiliates like Banana Republic, Old Navy, etc.

@Alier – Do you mean you’d like to use your Groupon Loyalty Rewards Points? If so, you’ll need enough points to cover the $25 purchase of this offer. If you have enough and its still not working, I’d suggest refreshing the page and trying again since we’re experience website difficulties today.

Enid – I’m sorry to hear that! We’ve experienced some lag in email delivery today with some email servers due to the high volume of emails. If its not back to normal tomorrow you’ll want to log on to the website and resubscribe.

I have not received any kind of confirmation (email or otherwise), but the $25 has been taken out of my bank account. Can someone please verify that my purchase has gone through!!!

I think it’s supposed to show immediately under ‘’my stuff’‘. I purchased one and it’s there. But it will take a while to process. and it will also take longer than usual for an email confirmation.

Well I purchased over 2 hours ago and the money has been taken from my account, but i haven’t recieved a confirmation email/number, and there’s nothing in ’My Stuff" Groupon please respond asap.

Limit is 1 per person. So, NO you can not use more than one in a purchase. I think you could buy more as gifts.

Amy, I guess open another account. Under your husband’s or someone you knows name. Make sure to use your referral link, so that you can receive $10.

I purchased 1 Groupon of today’s deal for myself and 1 for a gift, in my account only appears that I bought 1, how can i Know they went through? I don’t want to loose the deal but I don’t want to buy an extra one if I don’t need one.

Jayna, thank you for your reply. My groupon says my order is being processed, so then, I have no guarantee that I actually bought this groupon? if I wait until tomorrow, wouldn’t I lose the deal?

Karen you can only purchase 1 Groupon. You can’t purchase any as gifts.

My credit card was illegally charged $1400 just minutes after buying this. Check your accounts people!

I purchased one deal today but I did it buy just going to the main page. Not thru my email ir singing in. It did asked me for my email address and it gave me a confirmation number at the end. I don’t see it pending on my stuff.

I finally received my groupon, but they charged me $30.49 instead of $25… I already wrote to the site but I’m very upset right now. I hope they fix this mistake because it’s not about the money, but about trusting my information is secure on this site, and right now that’s not happening.

@Enid… are you sure that’s not a Gap charge to your account for a purchase that you made that you are looking at? I just checked my statement and it shows a $25 charge (debit) from Groupon:
