Sean, I don’t think your answer clearly answers Jennifer’s question. Will the Groupon still work at other stores in the Gap family like Old Navy and Bannana Republic?
Is anyone else having problems with an error message about the number of coupons we are allowed to purchase? I haven’t attempted to change the quanity; however, the system is locking up and stating only one coupon is allowed. I’m not able to advance and make my purchase.

your getting that error message because you’re only allowed to buy one of these so therefore Groupon is stopping you from buying anymore. 1 per person
Thank you but we realize this. No one has altered the quanity. The system is sending an error message even though the quanity was never altered and the system will not allow us to advance to make the purchase.

How long should the groupon take to process? The last one I bought processed in just a couple of minutes, but it’s been over an hour since I bought the Gap groupon. Is it supposed to take this long?

@Amber, @Juhi – Unfortunately due to the high traffic volume today, orders are taking several hours to process. You’re GAP Groupons (like all Groupons) will be available for use the day after this feature.
@Brianna, @Kent – Do you mean your Groupon Rewards Points? If so, you’ll need enough points to cover the $25 value of the Groupon. If you continue to have difficulty, I’d suggest refreshing and retrying!

Still waiting but while waiting patiently I thought of a question, I am not in or near raleigh area but it is the closest to me, I assumed but was not sure and bought this deal can I use it at our local gap or any other gap location not in raleigh/durham?

I purchased mine hours ago too and it’s not showing up in my account anywhere. I do have the confirmation code though. I wasn’t signed in to my account at the time, but it took all my information and allowed me to purchase.
@chris, the same for me too. the confirmation stated i may not get the groupon until saturday or sunday.

If you continue to experience trouble and need to leave the site for a while, just check back before the end of the day and buy your Groupon then! This deal will be available until midnight.

Here’s some basic info about the deal today:
It expires November 19th.
It cannot be used online or at Old Navy, Banana Republic, or Gap outlet stores. It is good for babyGap, KidsGap, and GapBody.
You can buy and use a maximum of 1 of these, even if you are buying a gift.
This cannot be combined with other offers, including the Friends & Family deals. It is good for in-store sale items, however.
These are not transferrable, so the person whose name is on the Groupon must be the person who is using it.
If you have credits in your account, don’t worry, we’ll subtract those from the charge before we settle (even if we don’t mention this as you’re making the purchase).

I purchased today’s groupon for myself and got a confirmation number. I also purchased one as a gift. The gift is showing up on my list but the one I purchased for myself is not in my list of groupons. Did it not go through?

Jayna says it will work the day after this feature, but you stated it expires on the 19th. I haven’t recieved mine via email and I am curious if I dont recieve it will I be able to use it tommorow?
I purchased today’s deal when I wasn’t logged in (I put in my email & pw on the purchase page) the purchase went through and I got a confirmation number but I haven’t gotten an email and it doesn’t show up under my groupons — did it not go through?

I don’t remember seeing a confirmation number but I’m pretty sure my transaction went through. Don’t want to miss the deal, but don’t want to get stuck with two (since you can only use one!)

This deal expires on NOVEMBER 19, not today.
Also, I got a message saying this deal got an inordinate amount of interest, hence the delay in processing. I guess we will find out tomorrow!

I havent gotten mine yet either I purchased at 7 or so last night. My daughter bought yesterday morning and hers came through email this morning. I guess it is just slow becaue of high volume.

All Groupons will be processed in a few days at most! Many people have started to redeem, so it won’t be too long! :)
If you received an quantity error message yesterday that means that you already purchased one. PLEASE Check your ‘My Groupons’ tab. It might be processing but you definitely got it.
Remember this is 1 PER PERSON. If you bought 1, you cannot buy any more. Please ready the fine print for clarification.

It is a terrible shame Groupon is running this nation-wide advertisement/coupon for a national corporation. What makes Groupon special is the way it provides information about local businesses, which helps keep our local economies strong and supports the community.
If Groupon continues to run these large scale ads, I will no longer subscribe to this service, and I encourage you (and your friends) to do the same.
Does this certificate work at other stores in the Gap family such as Old Navy?
