Trainer Ron Capurso's 28-day program strives to slim down physiques in preparation for summer. During outdoor group fitness classes, Ron leads strength exercises, core work, stretching, and conditioning intervals, all of which can be modified to suit any experience level. Classes meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday or on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Call ahead to reserve your space.

For his clients, becoming an athlete entails working on key fitness components applicable to all fitness levels: mobility, speed, agility, coordination, and strength. Ron has coached high school varsity football for 15 years and offers quarterback training sessions for players looking to shine on the field, but he also leads customized sports training programs for small and large groups.
