Diamonds are measured in Carat total weight and not necessarily grams. However, if you want to know how much weight the pendant and the chain is alone it is approximately 0.71grams of 14K white gold. Hi Katy, These earrings are made in white gold and are rhodium plated. The white gold used is not nickel-free. However, since these are earrings/pendants the products would not give off a major irritation if you are alergic to nickel since the gold contact to the body is very low. However, this is a major concern in rings - where skin irritation can be a big problem as a lot of gold is in contact with the body.
