Looking at the picture of the rings and knowing that the stone is 5 mm, the bands must be extremely thin about 1 mm?

I would like to order these for a person in a nursing home. Is there a possibility that after continued wear, that the stirling silver will make her finger turn black. I've had this happen with inexpensive rings.

Platinum typically does not tarnish or turn fingers colors. With normal wear these rings should not tarnish.

Comment: It would be nice to see these rings on a model"s hand. The carat weight is total carat weight of all five rings. It is hard to imagine the individual stone sizes.
