The solution is not included with this Groupon deal. However, you can simply rinse the peel with water for one full minute to neutralize. For peel prep, you can use rubbing alcohol. Both can also be purchased on the Skin Peel website, if you prefer.

When performing a peel its best to maintain enough of a time period between applications to allow the skin to rejuvenate. That means you want to give your skin a chance to regrow and collagen and elastin levels to increase. It has been found that the optimum amount of time between peels is 2-3 weeks however you can extend that out to 1 month. It is suggested that between peels you may want to use a light exfoliator and continue using serums and moisturizers to nourish your skin.

We recommend using the Serum daily after applying the peel. You may want to do this for about 7 days and then wait until applying your next peel. The Serum is in itself an excellent moisturizer and can be purchased and used as a stand alone product.

Sorry for the confusion! The replenishing moisturizer is the Hyaluronic Replenishing Serum. The extent/degree of peeling/flaking depends on how long you keep the peel on and your general skin characteristics.

Fusion Peel doesn't exactly break down into exact percentages of each of the acids. It works based on the combination of ALL of the exfoliants, therefore it would be "equivalent" to a Glycolic 40%.

I understand this is a level one chemical peel which is appropriate for Sensitive and Younger Skin Types, however is it appropriate for darker skin types such as Hispanic or African American skin?

The peel can be used by Hispanic and African American skin types however it is important to do a patch test and only apply the peel for 30 seconds to 1 minute to ensure skin is not irritated. Also you will want to apply the peel only every 2-3 weeks.

After having a laser or other procedures it is best to wait at least 72 hours and no redness or irritation is apparent. You can use the Hyaluronic Replenish Serum immediately and you will likely improved your procedure results as well.
