Do you mean ipod touch? In any case, yes it will work with an iPad or iPod. Wirelessly via bluetooth (please check if you have bluetooth capability on your iPod) or wired with the included cable that attaches to you headphone jack.

It says it runs on batteries or a power cord. Does the power cord charge it and then it runs wireless or it has to be either plugged to a wall or run on batteries. Most wireless speakers charge and then can be played wireless; this makes a huge difference.

The Aura BluNote is not a rechargeable device. It will not recharge your batteries while plugged in. It must be plugged into a wall or run on batteries for it to work.
