Ok I am not up on blue tooth technology so what would I need to hook up to Bluetooth, an be blue to purchase this? I do not have a line like AT&T or Verizon on my iPad.

Sorry for the confusion! Blue tooth technology is something that is included with the tablet. All iPads are bluetooth enabled.
