Can I buy one of these for myself and my wife with a different Groupon account but the same shipping address buy another one. Will this be honored?

Hello! This is actually a 2 part question (I'm cheating, I know). 1)When I purchased it charged tax. Is this normal for Groupon? (this is the first time I have had this happen and I didn't see tax mentioned in the fine print. If this is a mistake can I be refunded the tax?). 2)When I research the product a lot of the reviews I see mention that there is an option for a second, 12 page instruction manual. Does this come with that manual also? If not, is there a way to purchase it?

Elizabeth R. asked 7 months, 14 days, 3 hours, and 1 minute ago - 1 answer

George S.

Hi Elizabeth. Sorry for any confusion. All items sold by Groupon Goods and shipped to any address in the United States are subject to sales tax. The appropriate charges were added to your merchandise total and displayed on the checkout screen

This would come with the standard 12 page instruction booklet.

exactly how does it work? do you push a button, turn a knob, etc from the front, does it rely on my ability to apply pressure on the trigger points, i am short armed with limited reach and have weak muscles in hands and arms, thanks

mary e. asked 7 months, 13 days, 17 hours, and 3 minutes ago - 1 answer

Kristi D.

Hi Mary! There are no buttons or knobs to push, essentially the massager works by applying pressure to the tool on your body. The knobs are then able to work out the tension in that particular area.

What are the knobs made of? Standard hard plastic, or are they somewhat compressible, etc?
