It is best to use this item on the side of the door that it does not open up to. It is best to not to be pulling in the same direction it opens up.

Only original equipment is recommended by the manufacturer. No other resistance tubes can be used with this product and is considered to to misuse of the product which could result in injury to the user.

The Tower 200 will work on any door, as long as the door can close, you just hook it on, shut the door and then you are all set.
