I have been looking for a list of the songs on the units, there are only 5 samples on the beachbody site is there a complete list somewhere? All the samples seem to be southern gospel flare, is that the theme on all the workouts?

Is this for beginners as well? I have had both knees totally replaced and haave gone thru the rehab program. I am told I am now ready for regular exercise. However, I am obviously a beginner at this stage.

What is the total amount of time on each of the DVDs? Since this is advertised by groupon as "Body Gospel COMPLETE Workout Program, does it have the same workout on the three dvds as the seven dvds in the original prgram?

Hi Mitchelle. Sorry for the delay while we obtained the info. The set is complete. It was originally released with one workout per disc, but was later updated to combine multiple workouts on some discs to save space. The workouts are as follows:
